Our Mission is simply stated - Quality Service to our Community and Customers. We accomplish this Mission by understanding the many facets of repairing your vehicle and erasing the upsetting conditions that required you to utilize our services. Lincolnway Body Shop's Mission is comprised of the following:
Established in 1965, Lincolnway Body Shop was family owned and operated by Bill and Pam McCauley, who have lifetime careers in the automotive industry. In September of 2017, Bill and Pam entrusted the legacy of Lincolnway Body Shop to Tom Anderson as the new owner. Tom is a degreed mechanical engineer with experience in the automotive industry and building successful businesses. His education in chassis design, high strength materials, welding and metallurgy provide Lincolnway with an edge that other collision centers do not have. That edge is the guarantee that your vehicle will be repaired safely and properly - every time.
When you come to Lincolnway Body Shop, you will be greeted by Marnie, Tom's wife and business partner. Marnie will work with you to gather the information needed to estimate your repairs and work with your insurance company to make your experience as hassle-free as possible. Dealing with the owner of the company from the moment you walk in the door assures the VIP treatment for each of our customers. We care about you and you will see that immediately when you arrive at our facility.
Our Shop Manager, Rick Tharp, is an accomplished ASE certified mechanic and vehicle restorer. Rick runs the repair operations of the shop making sure that Lincolnway's vision of HIGH QUALITY REPAIRS PROVIDED ECONOMICALLY becomes the reality you experience. Rick's 26+ years of experience in the automotive industry is a tremendous asset for Lincolnway Body Shop in that it provides us with the opportunity to perform all of the repairs your vehicle requires in our location. We do not need to outsource any part of your repairs or transport your vehicle to another shop - unlike our competitors.
Our 9,000 sq. ft. facility was designed with the assistance of engineers in the auto collision industry. Ample work areas are abundant and the shop boasts overhead doors and space to accommodate buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles and even fire trucks. A separate estimating room is provided so that vehicles may be viewed indoors to avoid inclement weather. We continue to upgrade and maintain the technological equipment required to repair today's modern vehicles.
